How quickly will we see results?
Core flows — welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase — usually start generating revenue within the first few weeks of going live, because they capture demand you're already creating. Campaign and segmentation gains compound from there over the first two to three months.
Which platform do you work in?
We're platform-agnostic but do most of our work in Klaviyo, with SMS through Klaviyo or a connected provider. If you're on something else, we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth migrating.
Do you write and design the emails, or just set things up?
Fully done for you. Strategy, copywriting, design and build are all included — you approve, we ship. Nothing gets left half-finished on your side.
Our list is small. Is email still worth it?
Yes — a small, engaged list with proper flows often out-earns a big neglected one. We'll also build list-growth capture so the asset compounds over time.
How do you measure success?
